Recruiter – International Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter based in Ireland to join an international, collaborative environment. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and help attract exceptional talent across global markets, working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates using sourcing platforms, networking, direct search, and headhunting techniques.
• Conduct candidate research and maintain strong relationships throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate hiring pipelines and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensure consistent interview processes, and provide recruitment guidance.
• Support hiring for both technical and non‑technical functions, adapting sourcing strategies as needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in IT.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international setting.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and deliver a smooth hiring experience.

Required skills

• Experience with direct sourcing and headhunting methods.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
