Recruitment Consultant – 360° Business Development

About the role

Staq is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition initiatives. You will combine business development, client management and full‑cycle recruitment to deliver top talent for our clients while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications and manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and staffing plans.
• Utilise recruitment tools and channels to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on business development.
• Demonstrated success in 360‑degree recruitment.
• Strong understanding of organisational dynamics in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective prioritisation and time‑management skills.
