Recruitment Consultant – 360 IT Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join eir business talent’s growing team. In this dual‑focused role you will generate new business while delivering end‑to‑end talent solutions for IT and digital clients across Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive client outreach.
• Build and manage a portfolio of corporate clients in the technology sector.
• Generate and fill vacancies for both contract and permanent IT positions.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation and placement.
• Source, engage and qualify high‑calibre technology professionals.
• Negotiate offers, contracts and commercial terms.
• Develop talent pipelines in key technology skill areas.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ATS systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the Irish market.
• Proven track record as a 360 recruiter, preferably within IT, technology or digital markets.
• Strong business development and client acquisition abilities.
• Experience placing both permanent and contract professionals is highly desirable.
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to generating opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple client and candidate relationships simultaneously.
