About the role

Access Healthcare is looking for ambitious recruitment consultants to join its fast‑growing healthcare recruitment team in Dublin. You will work on building your own desk, developing client relationships and progressing quickly based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage healthcare clients and candidates across Ireland and internationally.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and maintain a personal pipeline of talent and business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Contribute to the growth of the agency by supporting team initiatives and mentorship.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment experience (consultant, recruiter or resourcer).
• Ambitious, competitive and motivated by clear career progression.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education is an advantage.
• EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
• Ability to commute to Dublin 2, Monday‑Friday.
