Recruitment Consultant – Capital Markets

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Capital Markets team, supporting financial services clients across Ireland and Europe. You will work autonomously in a creative environment, helping both clients and candidates find the right fit.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, understanding their business and talent needs.
• Develop new client relationships and identify future business opportunities.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: brief, sourcing, advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination, offers, references, and placement.
• Maintain accurate records in our internal database and use extensive sourcing methods.
• Network within the financial services sector and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment or sales experience within financial services.
• University degree.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
