Recruitment Consultant – Dublin City

About the role

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing Grocery team in Dublin City. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers while delivering a premium candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer.
• Source, attract and engage high‑quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct screenings, interviews and competency‑based assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback and negotiate offers.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM/database.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, HR or grocery retail (agency background a plus).
• Track record of managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes successfully.
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Commercially aware, proactive and solutions‑focused.
• Ability to juggle multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
