Recruitment Consultant – Full Training, Dublin

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join our fast‑growing team in Dublin. No prior recruitment experience is required – you will receive full, hands‑on training from day one and clear pathways for promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and engage candidates across multiple channels.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to understand their talent needs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including candidate registration, compliance and performance tracking.
• Deliver results quickly, taking ownership of your targets and progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in any field.
• Strong ambition to develop a career in a commercial, fast‑paced environment.
• Clear, confident communicator who enjoys relationship building.
• Available for a fully office‑based role in Dublin 2, Monday‑Friday.
• EU citizen or holder of a Stamp 4 visa.
