Recruitment Consultant – Full Training Provided

About the role

Archer is expanding its IT recruitment team and is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing operation in Ireland. You will be fully trained from day one and will own the end‑to‑end recruitment delivery process for technology talent across key sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client organisations and candidates.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and mentors to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Participate in Archer’s structured training programme and ongoing mentorship.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
• Willingness to work fully on‑site, Monday to Friday.
• High motivation, coachability and resilience.
