About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Archer’s fast‑growing IT recruitment team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment delivery cycle, supporting clients across key sectors as the company expands beyond Ireland.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with client organisations.
- Collaborate with the internal team to meet hiring targets.
- Participate in structured training, mentorship and performance reviews.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
- Willingness to work full‑time on‑site, Monday to Friday.
- Growth‑mindset, coachable and resilient.
