Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare

About the role

Access Healthcare is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing healthcare recruitment team in Dublin. You will work on building a personal desk, developing client relationships and delivering results for a range of healthcare organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals for client vacancies.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates and client accounts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets while providing a high level of service.
• Collaborate with senior team members to support business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment experience (consultant, recruiter or resourcer).
• Ambitious, competitive and motivated by performance‑based progression.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education is a plus.
• EU passport or Stamp 4 visa allowing work in Ireland.
• Ability to commute to Dublin 2, Monday‑Friday.
