Recruitment Consultant

About the role

SSA Group is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join its established Dublin team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, matching skilled professionals with leading construction and engineering firms while supporting candidates in finding suitable roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for client vacancies.
• Assist clients in identifying and securing qualified talent.
• Support candidates throughout their job search and placement.
• Nurture existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Become a market expert and grow your own portfolio of accounts.
• Work primarily with existing clients, avoiding cold‑calling, and operate from a ‘hot desk’ environment.
• Gain exposure to multiple sectors within construction and engineering.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, motivated and friendly attitude.
• Degree in Construction, Business, HR, Marketing or a related field.
• Genuine interest in building a long‑term career in recruitment.
• Driven, organized and able to handle a high‑volume workload.
• No prior recruitment experience required.
