Recruitment Consultant – Luxury Retail Background (Full Training)

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals from luxury retail to join our Recruitment Consultant team in Dublin. You will transition your client‑facing experience into a fast‑paced recruitment environment, receiving full training and mentorship from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates for healthcare and corporate roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail (e.g., sales associate, client advisor, merchandising manager).
• Strong desire to move into a high‑growth corporate career.
• Based in Dublin and eligible to work in Ireland (EU citizenship or Stamp 4 visa).

Required skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
