Recruitment Consultant – Operations to Tech Recruitment

About the role

Archer is expanding its IT recruitment team in Dublin and is looking for an Operations‑savvy professional to transition into a full‑cycle recruitment consultant role. You will move from back‑office support to a client‑facing position where your performance directly drives your earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with senior IT talent and global client organisations.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers.
• Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills honed in operations to meet fast‑paced hiring demands.
• Deliver consultative advice to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a high‑quality match.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Operations Support, Business Support or Administration.
• Strong drive for financial success and rapid career progression.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU passport, Stamp 4 visa or UK passport).
• Based in Dublin or willing to relocate and work onsite Monday‑Friday.
