Recruitment Consultant – Uncapped Commission – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Sandyford, Dublin. The position offers uncapped commission and the opportunity to develop your own client portfolio while benefiting from an established brand and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief through to placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Source, interview and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Create detailed job specifications for client roles.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and management to maximise opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, account management or business development.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A strong sense of urgency.
