Recruitment Consultant – Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist consultancy in Sandyford, Dublin. The role offers an uncapped commission structure and the chance to build your own client and candidate portfolio while leveraging an established brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding client briefs to successful placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Source, interview, and assess candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
• Create detailed job specifications and match them with suitable talent.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and management to maximise revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, account management or business development.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, target‑driven attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using recruitment and CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms).
