Recruitment Coordinator – Homecare

About the role

Comfort Keepers is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its recruitment team and help build a high‑performing homecare workforce across Ireland. You will act as the first point of contact for candidates, manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, and ensure compliance with internal policies and HSE tender requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for new candidates and own the recruitment process for designated offices.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, produce reports, and drive process improvements to reduce time‑to‑hire.
• Optimise workflows while maintaining compliance with HSE and internal policies.
• Assist with application reviews, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
• Oversee training compliance, Garda clearance, reference checks, and contract adherence.
• Support new‑hire orientations and maintain accurate training records.
