About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that attract top talent across digital channels. This full‑time remote position works with a global technology leader to enhance employer branding and improve candidate conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage recruitment marketing campaigns on job boards, social media and career sites.
• Optimize job postings and career content for SEO and candidate engagement.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to align marketing efforts with hiring goals and brand guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and recommend adjustments to keep the recruitment strategy competitive.

Required profile

• Proven experience with recruitment marketing platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities for job descriptions and recruitment collateral.
• Solid understanding of SEO and SEM strategies for job visibility.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse metrics and adjust strategies.
