Recruitment Partner – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

Join Hays Enterprise Solutions as a Recruitment Partner, working from our Dublin office on a hybrid schedule. You will act as a strategic liaison between hiring managers and the recruitment team, driving end‑to‑end hiring processes and building external partnerships to strengthen our talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong stakeholder relationships to understand recruitment needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with the on‑site recruitment team to ensure seamless hiring processes.
• Identify and nurture external commercial partnerships that enhance recruitment capabilities.
• Lead innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across the business.
• Manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Handle escalations, provide high‑touch customer service, and ensure hiring manager satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience thriving in fast‑paced environments and working under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Recruitment management experience, preferably within MSP, RPO, agency, or end‑client settings.
• Ability to grow recruitment demand through business partnering and curiosity.
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience sharing market insights to engage hiring managers.
• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously on a daily basis.
