Regional HR Business Partner – EMEA

About the role

The Regional HR Business Partner – EMEA will support a multi‑$100M datacenter client across more than 30 countries. Based in Dublin, you will work closely with senior field leaders to translate business priorities into HR strategies that drive organisational effectiveness and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders in the EMEA sub‑regions to design and implement HR initiatives such as succession planning, performance management and leadership development.
• Act as the primary HR liaison for the assigned territories, advising on recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and workforce optimisation.
• Analyse HR metrics (turnover, time‑to‑fill, overtime, etc.) to identify trends and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that enhance staffing models, budget performance and client service delivery.
• Prepare regular updates for senior stakeholders, including SLA reports, business reviews and account health dashboards.
• Collaborate with Securitas branches and affiliated businesses across EMEA to ensure consistent delivery of HR programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR advisory role.
• Strong ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders.
• Deep understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, compensation and succession planning.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using HR data to drive decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
