Regional Quality Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Quality Lead to act as the senior QC voice across multiple European data‑centre projects. You will own standards, consistency and escalation processes, ensuring every site meets the highest quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QC teams across several European sites.
• Develop, own and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, inspections and resolve Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Standardise QC processes and documentation region‑wide.
• Report KPIs and quality performance directly to senior leadership.
• Represent the company in client‑facing audits, inspections and design/buildability reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of QC/QA experience in construction, MEP or data‑centre projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams across multiple sites or countries.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Europe.

Required skills

• Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies.
• Inspection Test Plans (ITP) creation and management.
• Non‑Conformance Report (NCR) resolution.
• Method statement development.
• Mechanical, electrical and commissioning quality expertise.
• Experience with data‑centre construction standards.
