Regional Sales Manager – Dublin/Leinster

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead Dingle Distillery’s commercial activities across Dublin and the wider Leinster region, driving new business development and proactively managing existing accounts across on‑trade, off‑trade, wholesale and hospitality channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and win new business opportunities for Dingle Distillery across the Dublin/Leinster region.
• Proactively manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring retention and increased distribution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional accounts, distributors and trade partners.
• Identify, pursue and convert new sales leads, tracking them through the full sales cycle.
• Deliver regional sales targets, revenue objectives and account growth plans.
• Promote the Dingle Distillery portfolio (whiskey, gin, vodka) in line with the brand’s premium positioning.
• Support tastings, trade events, activations, launches and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, sharing insights with senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activity, forecasts and commercial discussions using the company’s CRM system.
• Negotiate pricing, promotional activity and trade spend within agreed parameters.

Required profile

• Full clean driving licence (company vehicle provided).
• Willingness to travel regularly across Leinster and occasionally nationally.
• Reports to the Head of Ireland & UK Sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the company’s CRM/reporting system.
