About the role
The Health Service Executive (HSE) Mid West region is recruiting a Registrar in Vascular Surgery for an immediate start at University Hospital Limerick. This full‑time, fixed‑term position is open to both HSE and non‑HSE applicants and will be based in Limerick, County Limerick.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care to patients within the vascular surgery department.
- Assist senior surgeons during vascular procedures and interventions.
- Participate in on‑call duties and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Contribute to teaching activities and audit projects as required.
Required profile
- Medical qualification recognised in Ireland.
- Eligibility for registration with the Medical Council of Ireland.
- Availability to commence work immediately.
- Commitment to a full‑time, fixed‑term appointment.
