About the role
The Regulatory Lawyer will join a fast‑growing legal team within a multinational FinTech organisation based in Dublin. Reporting to the General Counsel for Ireland, the role works closely with international legal and compliance colleagues to support the company’s innovative products and cross‑border activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide regulatory advice on new FinTech products and services.
- Support cross‑border business initiatives and ensure compliance with EU regulations.
- Liaise with the Central Bank of Ireland and other European regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed regulatory considerations into business decisions.
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise the team on emerging risks.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer in Ireland, another EU jurisdiction, or a common‑law country with relevant Irish/European regulatory experience.
- 3‑7 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in financial services regulation.
- Strong background gained in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
