Relief Early Years Educator – Multiple Dublin Centres

About the role

Kids Inc. is seeking a Relief Early Years Educator to provide cover across several of its Dublin centres. This full‑time, permanent position offers the chance to work in a variety of early‑years settings while contributing to a supportive, play‑based learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create a safe, caring and engaging environment for children.
• Support learning and development through play‑based activities.
• Observe, document and plan activities that build on children’s interests.
• Supervise meals and daily routines, ensuring hygiene and safety.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold company policies and regulations.

Required profile

• QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Positive, reliable and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and ability to work as part of a team.

Required skills

• First Aid training (preferred).
• Manual handling training (preferred).
• Food safety training (preferred).
