About the role
This part‑time, hourly contract position focuses on reviewing and creating AI‑generated marketing and content outputs. As a Copywriting & Content Subject Matter Expert, you will help improve the quality, accuracy, and brand alignment of AI models used by leading AI companies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed prompts and gold‑standard copy across various formats (landing pages, emails, blogs, ads, social posts, scripts, guides).
- Evaluate AI‑generated responses for clarity, persuasion, tone, factual accuracy, and compliance.
- Provide precise written feedback, rank multiple outputs, and suggest improvements.
- Identify logical gaps, over‑claims, bias, hallucinations, and unsafe advice in AI content.
- Fact‑check statements and ensure alignment with brand voice and audience needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional copywriting, content writing, editorial, or brand storytelling experience.
- Strong command of brand voice, tone adaptation, and audience‑aware writing for B2B and/or B2C.
- Ability to spot factual errors, weak reasoning, and compliance risks.
- Reliable, self‑directed, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
