Remote Part‑Time Recruiter for High‑Growth Startup

About the role

VendueTech is seeking a remote, part‑time Recruiter to help build high‑performing teams across engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and design. You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and attract top talent for a fast‑growing, equity‑driven startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring criteria.
• Design and execute inbound and outbound sourcing strategies, leveraging AI‑powered tools and automation.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate experience, cultural fit, and motivation.
• Manage candidate expectations around the 100% equity compensation model and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and support onboarding for new hires.
• Participate in ad‑hoc talent acquisition projects to improve processes and tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Proven ability to manage both inbound and outbound recruitment for multiple business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organized, results‑oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
