Remote Recruiter – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Remote Recruiter to join a leading global staffing firm. In this associate‑level position you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to presenting qualified talent to hiring managers across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow‑ups between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and understand staffing needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for engaging candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage recruitment data and metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to craft Boolean search strings for candidate sourcing.
