Renewals Analyst – Technology Contracts

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven, detail‑oriented Renewals Analyst to join our technology team in Ballincollig, Cork. You will play a key part in our customer retention strategy, managing contract renewals and analysing usage data to ensure seamless service continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, track and execute a portfolio of technology contract renewals.
• Analyse customer usage data and contract history to identify upsell or retention opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, account management and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Maintain high data integrity within our CRM systems.
• Provide operational support to guarantee a smooth renewal experience for global clients.

Required profile

• Fluent English; a second European language (French or German) is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Proactive, eager‑to‑learn professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
