Reservations Sales Agent – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Sales Agent to join Staycity’s Dublin head‑office reservations team. In this full‑time permanent position you will handle inbound sales and reservation enquiries, support guests and travel agents, and contribute to the company’s revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound sales and reservation requests from multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
• Make, amend and confirm individual and group bookings using the Opera PMS system.
• Gather and forward lead enquiries to the Sales team and maintain up‑to‑date reservation records.
• Respond to customer and agent queries via phone and email, delivering a high standard of service.
• Report daily sales figures and performance indicators to management.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; additional French or German is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with an excellent telephone manner.
• Organised, target‑driven and able to prioritise workload effectively.
• Ambitious individual with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Opera Property Management System (preferred).
