Residential Lettings and Tenancy Manager

About the role

The Land Development Agency (LDA) is seeking an experienced Residential Lettings and Tenancy Manager to join its Cost Rental Operations within the Asset Management team. The role will oversee a portfolio of 2,367 cost‑rental units and a pipeline of almost 8,000 units across Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end letting process, from applications through lease signing, onboarding and move‑in, ensuring compliance with Cost Rental eligibility requirements.
• Direct and collaborate with external letting and property‑management agents and internal teams.
• Implement agreed letting terms, monitor performance against budgets and KPI metrics such as occupancy, voids, rent collection and arrears.
• Manage the residential portfolio, ensuring accurate tenancy records and timely resolution of tenancy matters.
• Report on portfolio performance, including absorption rates and other key indicators.
• Liaise with a variety of stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and effective communication.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience in residential letting and property operations.
• Proven ability to manage external agents and internal teams.
• Strong organisational, self‑motivated and results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload.
