Retail Stock Assistant

About the role

As a Stock Assistant you will be at the heart of the Aldi store in Cahir, ensuring that shelves are well‑stocked, deliveries are processed efficiently and customers receive friendly service. You will work in a fast‑paced environment where every shift contributes to a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service on the shop floor.
• Stock shelves quickly, arrange products attractively and maintain optimal presentation.
• Check incoming deliveries for quality, remove items that do not meet Aldi standards and organise stockroom.

Required profile

• Approachable and ready to support both customers and teammates.
• Comfortable working at a rapid pace to keep shelves fully available.
• Reliable, flexible and able to adopt a “can‑do” attitude in a dynamic setting.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential – attitude matters most.
