Retail Supervisor – 35 hrs/week

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join our Ballincollig store. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales of our Regatta, Dare2b and Craghoppers product ranges.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise store sales and meet individual customer needs.
• Maintain an immaculate, well‑merchandised store environment.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock quickly and ensure product availability.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Motivate and develop team members to uphold high service standards.
• Act as Deputy Store Manager in the manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Passion for retail and delivering a fantastic customer experience.
• Previous experience working in a retail store (essential).
• Experience supervising or motivating team members (beneficial).
