Retail Supervisor (Full-Time)

About the role

As a Retail Supervisor at JD Sports you will ensure the shop floor runs smoothly while delivering the high‑service standards our customers expect. You will lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift and support daily operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent JD service by assisting customers, resolving queries and maintaining team presentation.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in‑store devices to showcase the full product range and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised and aligned with JD’s brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and accurate till operations.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or team‑leader experience in a fast‑paced retail or customer‑facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and alignment with JD Group values.
