Revenue Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Revenue Manager to join a leading shipping and logistics company in Cork. In this permanent, onsite position you will drive revenue optimisation across passenger and onboard services, ensuring maximum yield and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue optimisation strategies for passenger and onboard revenue streams.
• Manage dynamic pricing models to maximise yield, occupancy/load factors and overall profitability.
• Analyse booking patterns, customer demand, competitor activity, seasonality and market trends to inform pricing decisions.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and recommend commercial initiatives to improve business performance.
• Produce accurate revenue forecasts and commercial performance reports.
• Utilise data analytics tools and revenue management systems to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct regular pricing and performance reviews, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Operations and Finance teams to align revenue strategies.
• Introduce and develop revenue management tools, reporting frameworks and optimisation processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial or revenue management, pricing, yield management or a related role.
• Background in hospitality, travel, transport, tourism, aviation, ferry, leisure or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of dynamic pricing and demand forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex datasets and commercial trends.
• Commercially focused with strong problem‑solving abilities and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and reporting capability.
• Experience using revenue management systems, business intelligence tools and digital analytics platforms.
