Reward Specialist

About the role

This is a senior‑level position within a large, complex organisation where reward strategy is a core business driver. You will sit at the centre of pay, bonus and benefits decision‑making, partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting governance at the highest level.

Key responsibilities

• Design and influence fixed‑pay, variable‑pay and benefits strategies across the group.
• Conduct analytical modelling and benchmarking to provide data‑driven insights for reward decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders and governance forums to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Support annual reward cycles and contribute to the development of share‑scheme frameworks where applicable.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation and reporting for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in reward or compensation within a large organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic outcomes.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end reward cycles; exposure to share schemes is a plus.
