RT Instructor

About the role

We are seeking an RT Instructor to deliver and coordinate training programmes for learners with disabilities in Dundalk. The role involves delivering QQI modules, supporting learners in career planning, and maintaining high quality standards in line with programme specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate, deliver and assess QQI training modules according to approved curricula.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress and produce required reports.
• Mentor learners through individual meetings, timetable planning and constructive feedback.
• Develop and adapt learning resources to meet diverse learner needs.
• Support learners with additional needs in exploring further education or employment pathways.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification, preferably in Education or Training.
• Train‑the‑Trainer qualification (QQI Level 6) as a minimum.
• Knowledge of QQI programme requirements, assessment procedures and quality‑assurance processes.
• Several years of experience working with learners in educational, guidance or developmental contexts.
• Experience in a mental‑health related setting is an advantage.
