Sales Assistant – Full Time

About the role

Join JD Group’s retail team and deliver an outstanding shopping experience to customers in a fast‑moving sports fashion environment. As a Sales Assistant you will combine excellent customer service with proactive sales techniques to help the store meet its profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer warmly and ensure they receive consistent, high‑quality service.
• Drive sales by meeting or exceeding targets, using in‑store devices to showcase the full product range and suggest add‑on items.
• Maintain visual standards on the shop floor, keep stock tidy, replenish items, and ensure correct pricing and up‑to‑date displays.
• Support colleagues by deputising across departments and performing additional duties as required.
• Represent JD Group professionally and work safely at all times.
