Sales Assistant

About the role
The Sales Assistant will ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied. You will interact with shoppers with pride, passion and care, using product knowledge to inspire confidence and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent shopping experience by addressing customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain store presentation standards by merchandising shelves and keeping all areas tidy.
- Embody Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, Community‑Based.
- Support new initiatives and adapt to evolving ways of working.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to prioritize needs, stay organised and pay close attention to detail.
- Self‑starter who can work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
