Sales Assistant – Night Shift (Full‑time)

About the role

As a Sales Assistant at Centra you will be the front‑line ambassador for our customers, ensuring every shopper leaves with a positive experience. This full‑time night‑shift position focuses on delivering excellent service, maintaining store standards, and supporting new initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, Community‑Based.
• Provide courteous, professional assistance and resolve customer queries in line with store policy.
• Maintain tidy, well‑stocked shelves and ensure the store presentation meets high standards.
• Engage with new initiatives and adapt to evolving ways of working.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to prioritize customer needs and work flexibly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and capable of using initiative.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
