Sales Assistant (Part‑time)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our store in Castletroy on a part‑time basis. The primary focus of the role is to ensure every customer leaves the store satisfied, feeling valued and well‑served.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent shopping experience by greeting customers with pride, passion and care.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and in line with store policy.
- Maintain store presentation standards by merchandising shelves and keeping all areas tidy.
- Embody the Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based.
- Participate in new initiatives and adopt new ways of working.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize customer needs.
- High attention to detail, organised and flexible.
- Self‑starter who can work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
- Customer‑driven attitude with previous customer service experience considered an advantage.
