Sales Compensation Analyst

About the role

At Semperis, the Sales Compensation Analyst ensures sales, channel, renewals, BDR, and corporate bonus participants are paid correctly and on time. The role owns the system and monthly cycle, running calculations in Xactly Incent and providing Finance with a reliable close.

Key responsibilities

• Run the recurring commission and incentive calculation cycle, from source data validation to an approved payment file delivered to Payroll.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in assignments, splits, credits, quotas, rates, currencies, and adjustments, documenting every true‑up before payment.
• Reconcile Xactly Incent against Salesforce, HR, payroll, and Finance systems each month and quarter, supporting close and commission accruals.
• Administer Xactly Incent across all company plans, maintaining participant data, hierarchies, quotas, rates, and plan assignments.
• Lead the annual implementation of compensation plans in Xactly, working with Revenue Operations and the Global Compensation Director.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in incentive compensation or commission operations.
• Hands‑on experience administering Xactly Incent, including plan configuration and participant data.
• Strong reconciliation skills with a track record of tracing variances across multiple systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Experience maintaining documented procedures and audit evidence.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent practical experience.
