Sales Consultant – Recruitment (Uncapped Commission)

About the role

We are looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our recruitment consultancy team. You will use your proven sales expertise to match candidates with exciting career opportunities, working with warm leads rather than cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑potential candidates through inbound conversations.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for client vacancies.
• Present opportunities to candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Develop relationships with client companies and understand their hiring needs.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets and revenue goals.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling or lead generation.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast‑paced environment.
