Sales Development Representative – EMEA (UK & Ireland)

About the role

HubSpot is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the first revenue‑generating interaction in its down‑market sales motion across the EMEA UKI region. You will step in when AI‑driven signals indicate genuine buying intent, qualify prospects, and create a qualified pipeline for the Small Business Sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a pipeline of high‑intent opportunities, meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Evaluate inbound buying signals to distinguish genuine purchase intent from early research.
• Engage prospects via phone, understand their goals and challenges, and determine fit with HubSpot solutions.
• Schedule qualified meetings, document full qualification context in the CRM, and set clear expectations for both customers and sellers.
• Support the Small Business Sales organization by delivering high‑quality opportunities that enable Account Executives to focus on closing.
• Maintain responsiveness by working within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Leverage AI‑powered prioritization and sales tooling while applying human judgment to every qualification decision.
• Continuously apply coaching, feedback, and performance insights to improve conversion and pipeline value.

Required profile

• Interest in building a long‑term B2B sales career, with the intention to progress through HubSpot’s sales path.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners by phone.
• Ability to make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information.
• Results‑oriented mindset with accountability for outcomes.
• Curiosity about business operations and customer challenges.
