About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative who is fluent in French to join our fast‑growing sales team. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, helping them discover how Abnormal Security’s solutions can protect their organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business by making outbound cold calls and sending personalized emails to French‑speaking prospects.
- Identify client needs, qualify leads from marketing campaigns, and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain a high activity level, meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and act as a subject‑matter expert on Abnormal Security offerings.
- Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach and improve prospecting efficiency.
Required profile
- 6 months to 1+ year of proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar sales role.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking with C‑level stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, distributed sales environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Drive, grit, and a team‑oriented mindset with a desire to compete and win.
Required skills
- Fluency in French.
- Hands‑on experience with cold‑calling and lead qualification techniques.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, Lusha, ActivelyAI, Glean, Claude.
