Sales Development Representative (Hybrid)

About the role

DocuSign is looking for an agile, creative, and collaborative Sales Development Representative to join its growth engine. This is an individual‑contributor position that serves as the first point of contact with prospective customers who have shown interest in DocuSign’s agreement management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota set by the manager.
• Spend roughly 80% of the workday on the phone contacting inbound leads and qualified prospects.
• Educate potential customers on DocuSign’s product suite and uncover their business needs.
• Use targeted questioning and rapport‑building to align DocuSign’s value proposition with the client’s strategy.
• Enter qualified, informative leads into the CRM for Account Executives and schedule initial liaison meetings.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging new people and companies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, AI‑first environment and take ownership of personal success.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Experience in inbound sales or business development is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
