Sales Development Representative – Italian & Spanish Speaking

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative who is fluent in Italian and Spanish to join our Dublin team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them discover the value of LinkedIn’s professional solutions while building a foundation for a long‑term sales career.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives, Account Directors and peers, following Rules of Engagement to drive shared business goals.
• Engage prospects using defined touch strategies and best‑practice prospecting techniques.
• Understand customer business needs, identify pain points and communicate how LinkedIn solutions address them.
• Maintain accurate activity records and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High‑potential talent eager to learn sales fundamentals and progress within a fast‑growing tech environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing remote work with on‑site collaboration.
