Sales Development Representative

About the role

DocuSign is looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative to join its growth engine. This hybrid position is ideal for candidates seeking their first break in sales or looking to accelerate a tech‑focused sales career. You will be the first point of contact for inbound prospects and will proactively identify new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota.
• Spend ~80% of time on phone outreach to qualified inbound leads.
• Educate prospects on DocuSign’s e‑signature and contract lifecycle solutions.
• Ask targeted questions to uncover client needs and align DocuSign’s value proposition.
• Log qualified leads in the CRM and schedule initial meetings for Account Executives.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proven success in outbound sales or business development (preferred).
• Strong organizational abilities and a proactive, multi‑tasking mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM platform to manage leads and opportunities.
