Sales Development Representative (Mid‑Market)

About the role

Greenhouse is seeking a Mid‑market Sales Development Representative to generate new sales opportunities and help drive revenue growth. You will work in a collaborative, data‑driven environment, using phone, email and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and qualify leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and leads.
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns via cold‑calling, emailing and LinkedIn messaging.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their hiring processes and recruiting needs.
• Create new business opportunities that contribute to revenue targets.
• Collaborate with a team of SDRs to achieve collective goals and share best practices.
• Take on additional projects as business needs evolve.
