Sales Development Representative (Part‑Time, Remote‑Friendly)

About the role

Rook Agentics is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its fast‑growing Irish payments and software business. This part‑time, commission‑only position focuses on outbound prospecting of Irish business owners, with a clear pathway to an Account Executive role for high performers.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 100 outbound calls per day to Irish SMEs.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for senior sales closers.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the company’s in‑house CRM.
• Continuously improve call scripts and outreach techniques through Rookie Academy training.
• Collaborate with the founding team and share daily wins via the live team chat.

Required profile

• Resilient and able to handle frequent rejections.
• Coachable, consistent, and eager to learn sales fundamentals.
• Backgrounds in trades, hospitality, retail or other hands‑on work are welcome.
• No formal degree or prior sales experience required.
