Sales Development Representative – Spanish Fluency

About the role

Stripe is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is fluent in Spanish to help drive the company’s growth engine. In this role you will work closely with Demand Generation and Account Executives to qualify leads, build the sales pipeline, and contribute to the development of sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential businesses, verticals and markets and execute outbound outreach strategies.
• Qualify marketing‑generated leads, move them through the funnel, and arrange meetings with salespeople.
• Design, launch, and scale prospecting campaigns from idea to qualified calls.
• Develop and document best practices and sales workflows for both scaled and bespoke interactions.
• Initiate contact via cold‑calling or inbound inquiry response and partner with Account Executives on account strategy.
• Maintain accurate activity and contact data in the CRM and support weekly reporting.
• Provide feedback to Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Data‑driven, analytical mindset with a passion for prospecting.
• Ability to manage early‑stage sales activities and qualify high‑value opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system for lead tracking and reporting.
